National Scenic Area Designation Survey Results
A recent survey of KSB members overwhelmingly supports the urgency for U.S. Rep. Ann Kirkpatrick to introduce legislation to establish a Sedona-Red Rock National Scenic Area (NSA) designation: 98.9% say yes! Survey respondents also say an NSA designation will have a very positive impact on the local economy: 6.7 on a 7-point scale. Dozens of survey respondents shared in-depth comments about the need for an NSA designation. One respondent told Kirkpatrick the bill will be her “signature legislation” while in Congress. KSB thanks the nearly 100 members who participated in the online survey.
