Future Keep Sedona Beautiful Preserving the Wonder Speakers Series Events:
- Feb. 20 Scott Thybony - Writer/adventurer kicks off the Spring Arizona Authors Series. He will introduce his new book: The Incredible Grand Canyon, Cliff Hangers and Curiosities from America's Greatest Canyon. This event is co-sponsored by KNAU, Public Radio.
- March 19 James Bishop - Author/Edward Abbey biographer and former Newsweek Washington DC correspondent connects the old west with the new: Lost in the New West, Tall Tales but True.
- April 16 Bruce Aiken - Artist/author/resident of the Grand Canyon for 30 years: Presents the new coffee table book of his paintings and a discussion of life in, and the health and future of, the Grand Canyon.
- May 21 Thom Hulen - Executive Director of the Arizona League of Conservation Voters presents: "Think Globally, Act Locally...Helping to Change the Political Landscape in Order to Preserve our Natural and Cultural landscapes".
- June 18 Kate Thorne - Author of Sedona Legends and Legacies introduces her new book on Verde Valley fact and fiction.
