Utah Senator Mike Lee, Chair of the Senate Energy and Natural Resources Committee, included in the budget reconciliation bill a requirement to force the sale of millions of acres of public land. It would make at least 250 million acres of public land available for sale, mandating at least 2 million of that be sold over the next five years.

Our public lands must remain public.
