Join Keep Sedona Beautiful (“KSB”), as part of its Preserving the Wonder Speaker Series on Wednesday, March 13, 2019 for a presentation by wild wolf advocate Betsy Klein, founder of Plan B to Save Wolves.
Free to members, residents and visitors – all are welcome to join KSB at 5:30 p.m. at its historic Pushmataha Center on 360 Brewer Road. The evening will include complimentary appetizers donated by El Rincon Restaurante Mexicano and refreshments provided by KSB.
According to Ms. Klein, “The core of Plan B’s work is the belief that when we save wolves, we save ourselves. One delves into how this belief is rooted in the science of biodiversity, sharing the compassion and intelligence of wolves and wolf families while also directly demonstrating their powerful impact on the environment … the question really should be ‘How did man’s best friend become his perceived worst enemy?”
Keep Sedona Beautiful’s monthly Preserving the Wonder Speaker Series is typically held the second Wednesday of each month from September through May. It focuses on presenting a diversity of programs relevant to the unique environment of our region.
