On Wednesday, January 21, 2026, Sedona’s Fire Chief Ed Mezulis will be our featured speaker, discussing how to prevent, prepare for, and respond to a wildland fire.
The event will take place at the KSB EcoHub, located at 360 Brewer Road in Sedona, starting at 5:00 p.m. Doors open at 4:30, and the event is free and open to the public.
The possibility of wildfire is one of the most severe and immediate threats to the Verde Valley. Chief Mezulis will explain how each of us can reduce that threat by making our homes firewise. You also need to know the simple steps you can take now to prepare if a fire breaks out, and the critical actions to take if you are ordered to evacuate.
