The speaker this year was KSB president, Tom O’Halleran. Tom served in the Arizona State Legislature from 2006-2008. Tom chaired several committees which included the House Resource Committee and the Senate Higher Education Committee. He is Co-Founder of the Arizona Watershed Alliance and has chaired the Verde Watershed Association.
