The developer plans 2,900 housing units/pads: 1,900 manufactured home lots, 400 recreational vehicle pads, 400 rental units and a 200 unit assisted living facility. The land straddles Spring Creek, an important riparian area. (They recently reduced the number of RV pads from 600 to 400.)
