Keep Sedona Beautiful has learned that the developer proposing a rezoning for Spring Creek Ranch has withdrawn their proposal.
The County Supervisors will NOT be hearing the issue on March 18.
We anticipate that the developer will submit a revised proposal, but we have no way of knowing when.
If/when the developer submits a revised proposal, the entire process starts over again.
Keep Sedona Beautiful will keep you informed as soon as we learn that any revised proposal has been submitted.
