The League of Women Voters of Greater Verde Valley (LWV GVV) will host two forums ahead of the November general election:
- Candidates Forum for Yavapai County Board of Supervisors, District 3
- Community Forum on Consolidation of Cottonwood-Oak Creek Elementary District and Mingus Union High School District
Moderators for each forum will compile and pose voters’ questions to candidates. Voters are invited to submit questions to the forums by emailing:
Due to COVID-19 restrictions on public gatherings, the forums will be videotaped by Verde Valley TV and posted on YouTube, LWV GVV website: www.lwvverdevalley.com and other social media. The school consolidation forum also will be live-streamed on October 5th, from 6 to 7:30 PM.
