Keep Sedona Beautiful would like to resume live Speaker Series events as long as the safety and comfort of attendees can be assured.
We created a very simple 2 question survey so you can share your preference about this.
While we would like to be both live and simulcast on Zoom starting on January 12, we anticipate that the January event will need to be virtual. Whatever plan we make now will constantly be reevaluated with safety in mind.
Until advised otherwise by the CDC, we will require attendees to live events to either show proof of vaccination or a negative COVID test within the last 48 hours. All attendees will be required to be masked.
Since the presenter will be adequately distanced, we will not require her/him to be masked while speaking.
We ask you to let us know your feelings about resuming live events.
