KSB has just learned from Yavapai County Development Services that the developer of Spring Creek Ranch has withdrawn their application for rezoning.
The request will NOT be heard by Planning and Zoning on Thursday September 17.
While this is welcome news, we expect that the initiative to annex Spring Creek Ranch to Cottonwood will proceed. KSB will keep you informed of developments as they happen.
